I DON'T SEE MY SIZE/COLOR LISTED, IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?
All dimes & wednesday designs are produced in limited numbers to help preserve individuality. If your size and color are not listed they may no longer be available. However since many items are made to order there is a chance that we can accommodate your size within the production limit. Please contact us to find out.
WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
Made to order means that we don't keep an inventory of pre-made garments. We don't start production on your garment until you complete your order, depending on order volume it can take up to 3 weeks for your garment to be completed.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIMITED PRODUCTION AND ONE-OFF?
Limited production means that we pre-determine how many units of one style will be produced. We order the fabric, thread colors and trims accordingly. By keeping production units low dimes & wednesday helps you preserve your individuality. Ever purchase a new shirt and feel great in it until you spot 5 other people in the same shirt? We all know how that goes! So we're reducing the chances! Limited production also means higher quality as we spend one on one time making the garments rather than busting out 1000 in a day.
One-off means that there is one, and only one available...ever! Sometimes the designs we come up with are too special to share with everyone so we decide to let ONE lucky person be the steward of dimes & wednesday.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM GARMENTS?
Sorry, no. We do not offer services to make garments custom to your measurements. If you're concerned about the length because you're petite or tall please contact us, we may be able to adjust the length of the garment.
I MADE A MISTAKE/CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
For items ready to ship you may change your order within 1 business day of confirming your order. For made to order items you may change your order within 3 calendar days of confirming your order. If you are adding an additional item you will be billed for the item separately. Please contact us or email at <firstname.lastname@example.org>. If your order has shipped you will have to create a new order and return the item/refuse delivery.
SOMETHING SUDDENLY CAME UP, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 5 calendar days of confirming your order. If your order has shipped you may refuse delivery or return the items. (Please review our return policy below) If you want to cancel your order, please contact us or email at <email@example.com>. If you cancel prior to your order shipping you will refunded the full amount, if your order has been shipped you will be refunded the cost of the items less shipping and handling once they have been re-received.

dimes & wednesday accepts PayPal and major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?
Our secure shopping cart uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is secure. If you're using PayPal to checkout please visit their website for security details.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
If you ordered a ready made item we will ship it out within 2 working days (unless otherwise notified). If you purchased a made to order item it will be shipped within 3 weeks of placing the order (unless otherwise notified). The length of time a made to order item requires depends on the specific item and the order volume. Some items may be ready within a few days and some items may require the full wait time. You will be notified when your item ships.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays or customs holds. On average a package will be delivered in 6-10 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when it's available.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary based on location and will be added in the checkout process. International purchases may require additional customs fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please contact us or email at <firstname.lastname@example.org> within 10 days of receiving your order if you would like to make a return. Returns shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Worn or washed garments will not be accepted.
- All items must be returned with the original tags.
- Sale items are not returnable.
Please be cautious when trying on a new garment, remove any jewelry that may catch on fabrics. Pull bottoms on by the waistband, not the belt loops. Be aware of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may transfer to the garments. Any items returned with smudges or perfume will be subject to a $25 cleaning and re-stocking fee.
If you feel you've received a damaged or defective product please send us an email at <email@example.com> within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order/shipping information, a description of the issue and supporting photos. We will review the issue and address it accordingly. Please keep in mind that fabrics may appear flawed or have small inconsistencies that will not affect the function or life of the garment. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions marked on the garments; color bleed, fabric/trim damage or excess shrinkage due to incorrect care will not be considered damaged or defective product and will not be eligible for returns.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please contact us first or email at <firstname.lastname@example.org> so we know to expect your return. Thoroughly fill in the return form included with your order and ensure it is returned with the items. The buyer can choose their preferred carrier. If your return package has tracking please notify us so we can track the shipment. dimes & wednesday is not responsible for returns shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
We will inspect the returned products once they are received. All items must be returned in the original condition with the original labels still attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will not be accepted and a return will not be issued. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days. Returns shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note: Shipping/handling/customs charges are not refundable. You will be credited for the cost of the shipped goods only.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are not processed until we receive and inspect the shipment. If you receive a tracking number when you ship your returned goods please provide us with the tracking number. We will inspect the return within 2 business days of receiving and notify you via email of the status of your return. Please note that it may take a few days to process your return. The amount of time it may take for your refund to be deposited depends on the payment type and your individual financial institution.
